7819 Tuscany Drive - Our New House |
![]() |
As most people already know, Erich and I bought a townhouse in April of 2004. It is a two bedroom, two bath house in Dublin (yes, we moved from the city!). We have a one car garage, two patios, and lots of storage! The kids love all the space, though we're still amazed that all of our stuff managed to fit into our much smaller apartment in San Francisco. This isn't our dream home, but, is a wonderful place to get into the real estate market. Plus, we get to practice all of our DIY projects and will have them perfected when we do get the dream home. Please enjoy the pictures below. As we make changes and finish our rooms, we'll post the after pictures here. |

Love the skylight, except at 7 in the morning when we want to sleep in! |
Darker colors help tone down skylight in the morning and ceiling fan really cools things off |

There is a lot to do and, even after two months, we have gotten so tired of going to Home Depot. But, the experience of owning a home is definitely worth the effort and we hope to be able to make this a place that we can be proud of to call our home. |
